Refund & Return Policy
Last updated: August 2026. This policy explains our all-sales-final posture, the situations where we make an order right anyway, and how to reach us.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, ordering errors on the buyer's part, or unused product. Once a research compound leaves our custody, its storage and handling can no longer be verified, so it cannot be restocked or resold under any circumstances — opened or not.
This is a condition of selling research materials whose integrity depends on a documented chain of handling, not a comment on product quality. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Undelivered Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, is missing items, or never arrives, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will make it right with a replacement shipment or, at our discretion, a refund — at no additional cost to you.
Photographs of the packaging and the affected vials help us resolve these quickly, and let us raise the issue with the carrier where transit damage is involved.
Cancelled Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
Unpaid orders are held for 48 hours and cancel automatically if payment is not received. If you need to cancel before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible — once an order has shipped, the all-sales-final policy above applies.
How to Report a Problem
Email support@thrivebiogenix.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a short description of the issue. Your order number is in your confirmation email and on your account's order history page.
Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. How quickly the funds appear depends on that payment provider.
